TradeLinkNY is a contractor referral and matching service. We connect homeowners and businesses with licensed, independent contractors in our network. TradeLinkNY is not itself a contractor and does not perform any construction, renovation, or repair work. All work is performed by independent contractors who are solely responsible for their services.
While we vet all contractors in our network for licensing and insurance, TradeLinkNY does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by a referred contractor. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the contractor.
When submitting a request, you agree to provide accurate information about your project and contact details. You are responsible for independently verifying contractor credentials before hiring and for entering into your own written agreement with any contractor you choose to hire.
All contractors in the TradeLinkNY network are independent businesses, not employees or agents of TradeLinkNY. TradeLinkNY is not liable for the actions, negligence, or contractual obligations of any contractor.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeLinkNY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform or any services provided by contractors in our network.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TradeLinkNY after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last revised.
